This week my office was transitioned to a new print queue. Same printers (mostly).
I've already been yelled at by some people who are complaining that a printer they like is bring removed - I sound like a broken record when I say "contact this person (building manager) ASAP".
The new queue went live yesterday and EVERYONE got an email with instructions on how to install the new printers (it's easy - go to a site, enter in the building and floor information (which was included in the email), click "install" next to the printer you use, and then click RUN.
That easy.
The old queue is active today and will be deactivated over the weekend.
So, how many tickets for people not able to print do you think I'll have on Monday?
