I'm enjoying the drift on this thread immensely. You guys crack me up.

But I have an update to the OP:

First the good news.

To my complete shock this network admin must have reconfigured things because the user was able to post to our list today.

So some people CAN be taught.

Now the bad news.

The user's very first post since the problem started months ago was waaaaay off topic and spawned a looooong off-topic thread, that finally spawned a "cut it out already" post from me.

So some people can't be taught.
