A few weeks ago, we got some new computers. I was super excited (we don't get new things very often!) and set myself up as the owner on them. In the process of doing this, an adminstrator account was created with some random password. I didn't change it, and the next morning, my pretty new computers were shipped off to another city, to one of the least technically inclined people I have ever met. 
No surprise, he calls me a day later, asking for help. I end up walking him through reinstalling Windows a couple of times, and it almost seems to be working for him.
Today he calls again, saying he needs to reinstall Windows AGAIN and he's trying to insist that he needs the random adminstrator password to do so. At first, he expected me to know the random password created when he first reinstalled Windows.
Once he realizes that's not working, he insists that I give him the first random password, from like 3 installs ago at this point, because certainly it will still work!
The best part is that he spent 15 minutes trying to convince me that he needed said password to begin reinstalling Windows from a CD.
