She has obviously been having a conversation with my boss, but I have no idea what it is about other than something about updates, and she either can't write, or doesn't want their letters in order. Or maybe she does. Or maybe evil monkeys are infesting her hair. I take a vacation for five days, and this is what I come back too.

Okay, I can get this...

A possible recent update to the system no longer lets them auto-generate new notices about changes to rent, and the previous ones are now in a different order than were previously, thus making it more difficult to assess when the last changes were, and the pattern. Some of the other issues she's notices is only being able to access the voucher module through one specific menu, presumably because it was formerly possible to get to it through other means (or there are other means listed that don't actually work).

It sounds like, to me (assuming she wasn't meaning to add too much other info, and without knowing about your system):

Some new update to the software has screwed up the rent change letter notices by sorting them wrong (either in printing or on screen). And the enhanced voucher module is in the wrong list - or should be in others as well for simplicity.

Ok, so I decided to give her a call out of morbid curiosity to see if I could actually do anything about the issue. The actual issue is:

...the latest update moved the rent-change template letter from the bottom of the list, so now she has to hunt to find where it was sorted to in the list. This is apparently worthy of the "high importance" indicator on her e-mail.
