I was brought into an email chain because one of my users was having issues with the WiFi in our office (the WiFi is as temperamental as a spoiled 4 year old child).

The issue is that the WiFi here is hit or miss – it can work for some people and not for others. Cisco has some very odd protocols set up with wireless routers like this one. If several people try to connect within a certain amount of time – it might lock them out considering it is a hack attack.
But – it may only lock some people out and not others, it can lock out all attempts to connect, or it can disconnect everyone who is connected. It is extremely erratic - you’d have a better chance of figuring out if Schrödinger’s cat is alive or not (or both).
