I understand they make a great device and are downright addicting to buinesspeople on the go, however the UI and interface between two models can differ so greatly, we cannot have a single set of instructions on our knowledgebase on how to set up an enterprise email account.
And you do not know frustration yet until you try to walk someone through an enterprise account set-up over the phone...
Thank god for remote access on mobile devices. Shame our company doesn't have them.
