There is a setting that has a workaround, we're doing the testing - and it still won't send even after the workaround
okay, so we reset the phone - it comes back up - but now it's not getting any data services - and I think... that's strange.
So I go back into the tool and it effectively says the customer's service is suspended.
WTF?
So I go back in the account, refresh the notes we have - lo and behold, the system suspended the account about 15 minutes after the customer first started talking to me - yeah... nice.
So not that this is a typical occourance, but if my system had popped up about changing the status of my customers account (suspending kills the data connection - so no MMS) - I wouldn't have wasted an additional 20 minutes of time.
