Just had my first instance of this at the IT service desk.
Had a luser call up asking if there was a way for an admin to go into user's emails to delete an email. Seems the luser had sent an email accidentally to a group email address.
Sorry, nope, no "unsend" option on our mail client. Once it's out, it's out.
I break this news to the luser, who thanks me and hangs up.
A few minutes later, I get a call from someone else, "I have a user asking if there's a way to recall an email he sent out to a group email."
Ohhh, you actually tried call-hopping? Sorry, nope, the answer's still no.
The new caller thanked me and hung up.
