    I agree with a few of the others. My professors don't allow us to use Wiki as a source per say, but they tell us we can go to wiki and use the links that are on the wiki pages to go to those sites and research.

          I've had teachers who have absolutely forbade its use, others who say it's a great starting point and one last year who seemed to think Wikipedia hangs the moon.
          I had one professor who used Wikipedia as our textbook, but it was a history class, and he read the articles to make sure they were accurate (enough).
