Well Ms DumbaAss, you have once again leveled the finger of blame at us for something that A. we have no control over and B. have been given incorrect information about.
I spent the better part of last week troubleshooting a training program that will suddenly not open properly because "we have done something to the code". The code that had been compiled and delivered more than a month ago. You came to this conclusion because "it's the same problem we were having before". Which, if I recall, had NOTHING to do with us. Your program relies on PDF reader and Flash, neither of which I can change. It was a glitchy Flash player update that was the problem.
After investigating your problem I find that it is indeed the same as the last one in that it's COMPLETELY DIFFERENT (except that it's still not our fault).
I have had numerous conversation about this with you and not once, NOT ONCE, did you describe the problem any other way until yesterday when you said that the program just would not open. Wait... what? The previous issue was that video didn't play properly, how is that the same? Once you actually told me what the problem REALLY was, it only took me 15 minutes to get an answer. You got it - a glitchy PDF reader update.
And THAT, Ms DumbAss, is why you are being billed for (only) 4 hrs of my wasted time.
