I've contracted something called "Live Security Professional". Norton took my credit card for $70 two and a half hours ago and still hasn't connected me to an actual technician to remove it. (Spent, I kid you not, an hour and a half on hold before the phone died. Chat-person promised me a call back half an hour later. That was 65 minutes ago.)
Anybody managed to deal with the damn virus themselves? I can always dispute the credit card charge from Norton.
It's 11 pm my time. Pretty pissed about now.
