Somehow my computer got infected by Virtumonde. The filename given by the scan which found it was drmdsp.dll. I tried deleting the file but it says something is using it, no matter what processes I shutdown. I've tried getting rid of it by having a scan run when I reboot before my computer has started back up but that did not work either. Does anyone have any advice on how to get rid of it?

A quick google found this:
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Antivirus/VundoFix.shtml
I don't have the virus, so I can't tell ya if it works or not, but it's free and has been inspected.
There is also this from the makers of AdAware:

Also, just a note on blindly deleting DLL's. Don't do it. DLL stands for Dynamic Link Library, and could be used by more than just the virus. Windows itself uses a lot of DLL's and deleting them can cause some big problems.
It never hurts to run virus scans etc in Safe Mode. This prevents extraneous processes from loading. Reboot your machine and hit F8 before the windows splash screen. The only words you said that I understood were "His", "Phone" and "Ya'll". The other 2 paragraphs worth was about as intelligible as a drunken Teletubby barkin' come on's at a Hooter's waitress.
