AH! That explains all the CNN emails going to my spam.
I didn't open them just cos... I dislike CNN. Now... Fox News I'd have prolly read.

then again... i'm on a mac, so i'm not worried.

I've seen a lot of that in my gmail spam bucket as well. Gawd, I love gmail!

I have got a few that claim to be from MSNBC today. In both of them the links to the unsubscribe, privacy policy and other similar things are legit to the organization (CNN or MSNBC) but the articles, some of which are real headlines are what will get you infected.

(Wish I could say the same. I expect one to come from my brother-in-law's email, followed by a call asking me to help him.)

Gawd, I love gmail!

Don't you though? I was a firm supporter of yahell mail. I had a couple million of them in the times before the storage limits became acceptable.

I got the gmail largely to say I had it, but then the Nigerian spam messages started, and Yahell was NOT blocking them at all. That's when I moved pretty much solidly to gmail.
