Anyone have any experience with Fedex Quickship? It should be stupid simple to install, but I'm running into issues with it.

There was a computer that used to have the program, but it started acting weird so someone uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Then it wouldn't open at all. Now when I try to reinstall it, it creates a file with a few things that look to be related but it doesn't install anything in Outlook. The tool bar isn't there, the folder (in Outlook) isn't there, nada.
I saw something about it having problems if .NET wasn't quite right, and we've had problems with the automatic downloads of .NET on some other machines so I uninstalled that and reinstalled it with no luck.
We're trying to install this on XP.Comment
