laptop heat issues?

I seems to me that my laptop has been getting quite a bit hotter then usual and I'd like to check to make sure

Is there a way to check the running temp of my laptop

What's considered a normal temperature and what's considered "running hot"

That'll tell you hot it's running, and should tell you if it's normal or not.

Also, get a can of air and blow out any access grates you can get to. That should help.

Just make sure not to hold the bottle at an angle or upside down. Liquid=bad.
