Anyone have a recommendation for a PC program that I can use to back up and read the texts on my iphone? iOS 5 put a much lower cap on how many can be stored and I don't want to just delete them without being able to save them somewhere first. Until I do that, I can't receive any text messages with is getting frustrating.

Looks like you can back that data up to the iCloud.

Also, from forum posts, it looks like if you had more than the limit on text messages, they just went poof on update. >_<

Some people had that problem but not everyone. Others had the problem that after they deleted every single text message, it still told them they had too many text messages and couldn't receive more. I'm pretty sure mine are still there but till I get them downloaded I can't say for sure.Quoth Andara Bledin View PostLooks like you can back that data up to the iCloud.
