1. A Dishwasher (or someone to load up multiple dishwashers)
2. A cook
3. A cashier/hostess/whatever
4. A waiter

First, I'm happy to hear Sammy's getting his butt thrown out of here (crosses fingers). And Amy's claim that Sammy's "fought for this country"? Sorry, having a meltdown on TV is _not_ "fighting for this country"! The only thing that would make this situation better is to throw out Amy with him...

Only having one employee because "we don't need anybody else"? Tells me you don't need servers because you have no customers!

As a side note, finding staff after all the accusations has been hard — but they'd never admit it. In fact, they only employ one person: a dishwasher. Because Amy says they don't need anyone else.
