Yeah, that was about the only really negative one. The one about tipping the delivery person got almost nothing BUT negativity.

The store cannot sell those damaged items, so they have to make up the lost funds by raising prices everywhere else. Plus, all the extra man-hours required to pick up merchandise dumped and destroyed by slobs means more price-raising! The more the prices go up, the more the customers complain and abuse the staff, the more the employees get stressed...it's a vicious cycle.
