    A Black Friday letter from a front line worker. I'm very surprised people haven't ripped into her yet in the comments.
    Answers are easy...it is asking the right questions which is hard.

      Yeah, that was about the only really negative one. The one about tipping the delivery person got almost nothing BUT negativity.
      Answers are easy...it is asking the right questions which is hard.
