Unless you were there or know something we don't, I don't know how you can say Waffle House did nothing to diffuse the situation and that they should have to find themselves in court.

Everyone on here knows that companies just about fall over and fight over SC's and try to keep them happy, even if it's an impossible task. If this is the case then they deserve to be hit square in the pocketbook til they swell up.

Actually, according to this story they're waiting for autopsy results to determine future charges. Right now, all they have is the assault charge.

It makes me question whether or not if an asteroid slammed into this big ball of rock and water would be such a bad thing after all.
