I'm going to agree with Nickel Creek "Toxic" and Iz's "Somewhere Over the Rainbow". Those are both very good covers.
Wade Hayes "Wichita Lineman" I put up a live version, because he has always been fabulous live.
Avenged Sevenfold "Walk" Unfortunately this is not their lead singer, they just pulled some guy out of the audience, but the band is great and the guy does a pretty good job on it. Shadows has been having voice issues, so that may be why he didn't sing it, but like I said, the guy they pulled is pretty good.
Bowling for Soup "London Bridge"
Shinedown "Simple Man" I was worried when my hubby said the words "cover of 'Simple Man'" I was worried, but I'll be damned if they didn't pull off a great version

Dream Theatre... they have some great covers. including Rush's Red Barchetta, and Flight of the Bumblebee done on electric guitar.
Also, i noticed "whiskey in the jar" on the first page... i like that one too, but i like version by Brobdingnagian Bards.
the covers yes did (yeah they've done covers) of some of the beatle's songs (on their first album) and their cover of simon and garfunkle's "America"
and anything by weird al.
