Larry H Miller has once again "banned" a movie... you'd think that he'd have learned after Latter Days and Brokeback Mountain that all refusing to show a movie (and making public announcements about why) only provides controversy (which is the best kind of free advertising).

I know, but my point was, at least here in the US, they changed it to just "Zack and Miri" after a week or two of advertising.
