Edit: Ananda's viewpoint also makes sense, but Kate's going more generic. As in, these are all people. And people don't like being controlled. Ergo, I don't want to hurt them by controlling them.

Actually no. Johnny doesn't tend to do angry. Not even very passionate at this point, but determination. As if he has been in a similar situation before, and made the wrong choice (for him)

I hope you realize I don't dislike Kate at all. Thelassa doesn't understand her. i think she understands Quake better than her. Because she learned to kill her emotions, and here's someone who is overflowing with them (her own and everyone else's). Ordinarily she wouldn't argue with someone so much, but something about Kate just really gets on her nerves. She can't NOT say something.

Maybe there's more to that. Someone who feels everything and someone who feels nothing (most of the time).

I understand, Kara. I'm essentially playing a hippie, and Thelassa's definitely a rough 'em up, at least for now. It'll be interesting getting them on equal ground, I think.

And...Kate's going to be at least avoiding Johnny after this little outing assuming she talks herself into going. I intend for her to, but trying to get her to agree logically. Or emotionally. She may just do it to keep Johnny calm.

Avoiding him won't be difficult. He prefers his room with the computer to anything else.

And it probably wouldn't bother him anyway, would it?

Not really. He is not the nicest of the group.

Ananda gets being a hippy, so she can get Kate easier. She also gets Johnny-- but is also curious to know what he's been through.

In order of nice from least to most..here is the run down.

Alexis

Then there are a lot of very nice ones that are somewhat the same 'level' nice wise
Kit/Kat
Quake (unless he thinks your Jenny, then he is nicer then even whisper)
Frost

Then the nicest
Alex
Whisper

Whisper is probably the nicest of the group, even more so then Alex. Which is why she really really does not want to use her power.

Yes, but it would take a very determined person to get past his 'defenses'. A clue by four would not even make a dent. He would rather sit and program then do anything else.

Hmm. I think I may need to move some NPC's to different squads to bring in more males. Ship out the Kitties and bring in two guys maybe.
