There's nothing wrong with fuck buddies as long as both (or more) parties are on the same page, emotionally and mentally.

Where I do see something wrong is in using sex to hurt someone because they hurt you. This wasn't a hooker who reneged on the deal (not that people should harm sex workers, either, but if you pay for sex that's usually what you get). This was two dates that never happened. Two dates that might never have led to sex in the first place. And this is a person who doesn't sound like she has all her marbles, so any attempt to get back at her could rebound on you times ten, possibly.

Be the good guy you are at heart. The only fuck here should be when you tell her to fuck off.

Court her, firmly express that you do not want a serious relationship but would like to take her on a few dates. You're both adults. Definitely fuck her a few times and when something better comes along, move on from her. Have a no string attached, adult relationship.
But make sure you always split the bills on any dates you go on with her.
