    This is an odd one.

My partner T was in bed with me and he seized but when he came back his memory had wandered off like it does sometimes. I was sat there with my PJs on and my hand resting on my belly which is a little extended at the moment.

T - So when is our baby due?
Me- It isn't *confused look from T* it's a giant cyst in my abdomen.
T - Oh sorry, should I be holding you like this then? *starts to back off from the reassuring hug I was giving him
Me- Nah, it's a pain in the neck but you're fine.

I do look slightly pregnant at the moment but having a freaking huge cyst in my 4'11" frame will do that to a girl some days it looks more pronounced than others, go figure.

Every time they called for an ultrasound, and every time it ended with, "oh, you're fine, you just have a lot of room in your torso."
Better safe than sorry, and ultrasounds so far seem to be harmless.

Turns out that when I was a young teen, my mother (probably both my parents) worried that I was pregnant. The PCOS was making me gain weight, and centering it in my abdomen. None of us knew about that, of course.

I happened to be virgin at the time.

      So much for trust.

      1. Would you rather be right, or get the result you want?
      2. If you're consistently getting results you don't want, change what you do.
      3. Deal with the situation you have now, however it occurred.
      4. Accept the consequences of your decisions.

When I was 17 my dad straight out asked me if I was pregnant. His reasoning was because I was tired a lot. Not quite glandular fever (all the symptoms but negative tests ) will do that to you

I have a co-worker who has three kids. When we had a shower at work for her for the last one, I thought she was maaaybe 6 months along because she was so small (I only see her once a week). Turned out she was one week from her due date!

My Ex, especially after several major surgeries in a very short amount of time and a LOT of "you will do NOTHING physical" recovery time, gained a lot of weight. She got comments all the time about "When are you due???"

Oh, has anyone ever seen that show on one of the "Discovery" channels?

              "I Didn't Know I was Pregnant"

TLC: The Best and Worst of TV shows, usually shown at the same time.
