Sarkoja, in A Princess of Mars. Granted, she didn't die on-screen(on-page?), but it's very heavily implied, and by the time it happened, I really really really wanted her to be strangled with her own intestines.
In John Carter, she did die on-screen, and I cheered for that, too.

Leon Magnus in "Tales of Destiny". God, I hated that little shit.

Hmmm..well the death ended up being a fake, but when we thought Michael as a child on General Hospital was killed, I cheered..hated that character as a child. Also, I cheered when Chloe on General Hospital was killed.

I really liked that Eve Dallas's mom died in the in Death series. That particular arc was hard to read, and it's resolution made for an interesting character development. If I thought they could find the right people for the cast, I'd love for them to make that series a TV show.

Not really all "deaths" but I did love the wrap-up in Oliver Twist (the novel itself, not the various theatrical and movie adaptations) when the villains get what's coming to them. Especially the "Porocial" Beedle and his wife, who end up being paupers in the same workhouse where they used to abuse the tenants.

Count Frolo in The Hunchback of Notre Dame too, same reason (if I remember right Quasimodo chucked him off the bell tower). I HATE those kinds of characters (I know you're supposed to but we're talking about hate with the fire of a thousand suns).

Speaking of classic lit, does anyone know if Le Miz or Pirates of the Caribbean are worth a read? It's been a while since I dove into some literature and I'm missing it.

I have read Les Misérables. It's pretty good, except that Victor Hugo gets the story going at a good pace, then stops it dead to go into a long-winded explanation of the Napoleonic wars or the sewers of Paris. So there are a couple of spots you can skip without it affecting the story.

Also, some of the characters are portrayed differently in the book than they are the films or musical.

Devin Weston, scumbag billionaire, from GTA V.

Granted, he only dies if you pick "Option C" for the finale-- but really, who would pick the other two options? Weston had basically had the three protags doing his dirty work, would frequently dick them around on pay, and was generally just a major asshole. Very satisfying to deal with him.

Mind you, Steve Haines, one of the other major scumbags in the game, gets his if you go with Option C, too, and it too was immensely satisfying.
