I put a message in to my mental health nurse who sees me every week, usually on Friday to see me tomorrow. He'll do an assessment and if he thinks I need some extra help he'll contact my dr and ask for meds to get me through this.Comment

I leave when fiancé gets home at 10pm then spend the night at the airport for my 6am flight.
The airport is 2 hours away, so waking up and getting going would have been s hassle.
