    have addressed written a message and stuffed the envelopes. they are in a pretty box and waiting till i send them out in a week or two till i can afford it.

    yay for not putting it off like i normally do!
    My sanity has been dripping out of me my whole life, today they turned on the faucet.....

      Well, I'm pretty damned good about putting them off.

      I have the cards, sure. I just have to address them and decide if I want to handwrite a little note or not. or should I just stuff the card in without one and sign it "Evil Queen"?

      Can you tell I've never sent cards before?

        Hi all,

        Please check your mail again as an updated (and hopefully fuck up free) version was just sent out.

        To those who never got the original, please double check your spam filters. That said, some people are just getting their mail very slowly, so if you don't get it within 24 hours of me mailing them, please let me know and I'll resend.

                btw, uh, should we not print the persons' screen name on the envelopes? It would make it faster for me if it doesnt matter.

                  I'm writing screen names on the back of the envelopes. That way I know who I already made cards for and who's card goes in what envelope.

                  I did notice one of the people we mail to (in the UK, that's as specific as I'm going to get) doesn't have a screen name listed. I'm assuming it's because their name is the screen name but I don't recognise it.

                  I have a bad memory.

                    well, its already 'public' on the internet so I suppose it doesnt matter.

                    My method for doign envelopes is I have it imported into open office, with pages sized to the card sizes, then I just put one address per page and stuff the envelopes through my printer.

                    To remove the screen names, I have to go through manually

                      I doubt I have the ink for that so I'm doing it all by hand.

                      I'm too lazy to go to the store to get more ink.

                        I just finished printing out all the envelopes. Home sick from work (Kind of. I didnt call in though), so may as well go about signing everything.

                          You're referring to Linda, I'm assuming, and that's been her screen name for as long as I've known her. Same goes for Monica.

                          I've been doing this for several years now, and I've never had a card not be delivered because of whatever name is listed on it. (I imagine the mail lady in my neighborhood gets a good laugh when she sees me getting mail from "Spiffy McMoron".)

                          As you're filling out your cards, I would recommend making them out just as the recipient requested. Again, I am only giving you information as it was given to me.
