I would like to apologize to all of you guys for the following:

My cards are going to have to be late. With our room mate being a fucking PIG and using up all this extraneous energy, I found ourselves in a fucking bind. Electricity this month is $250, we've already spent a good $400 on food and I just got finished paying rent and the car. The money I had set aside for postage is going to have to wait until my next pay check and that's going to be the 14th.

I am so livid right now, you guys don't know. I am glad he's not in the house right now because I am tempted to kill him. Little shit hasn't paid us anything and we have *no* groceries left. We just filled up the fridge MONDAY.

In other news, getting your guys card has made my holiday. Every time I feel like slaughtering someone, I get a new card and it makes my heart melt just enough to remind me that not all humans are pieces of shit.

You guys are so inventive, I love getting interesting cards.

Hey everybody!

I've been horribly swamped with my teaching internship this year, which is why I've had precious little time for extra stuff. This means that I've been horribly negligent a little behind schedule with the Christmas cards. All of that being said, I've bought cards, plan sending out the international/some American ones theis weekend, and finishing the rest ASAP.

And now to the bad news: my cards are going to be even later. I had planned to mail them last week at the very latest. Then I was going to mail them today, since I just got paid yesterday. Now, hopefully, my mom will mail them on freaking Monday. My car is out on loan (NOT your fault, Becks!) and Mom's car has almost bald tires, and since it's snowing...well, it's not going to happen today, either. I am extremely sorry about this.

As of yesterday, all my cards are in the mail, heh. So hopefully everyone will get their's before Christmas. And some of the stamps are a little...odd, but I wasn't about to argue with the scary woman at the post office about them. Just consider it part of my Creole blood or something.

Cinema Guy - and you're lucky that little thing didn't get lost at the bottom of my mailbox. I also discovered the thank you card from my cousin's wife for her bridal shower in April. The postmark is May 1st. It's been sitting at the bottom of my mailbox where I couldn't reach (and I can't see into the box at all); I guess today it just got knocked loose and I finally felt it in there. Guess it's time to ask the office if they can have it moved down a little bit...
