I will post pics but right now they're not attractive. They still look like ugly rats. When they grow some fur and start to look reddish I'll post pics.
Also, their dew claws are healing nicely, thank god (that was a major guilt trip).

Aw. Why can't they have dew claws? Or is it just easier if they don't? Pablo has only one, and it's a pain in the ass to clip the nail. And he's tiny. Don't know if he was only born with one or if he was injured as a puppy (before Ex got him); he does have a bump where it would be.Quoth draggar View PostI will post pics but right now they're not attractive. The dew claws can be a hazard. They're not natural and can easily be caught on something / break of when they get older (and cause much more damage). It's easier to remove them when the puppies are a few days old.Quoth BookstoreEscapee View PostAw. Why can't they have dew claws? Or is it just easier if they don't? True, but it still can be a serious hinderance and cause injury later on.Quoth BookstoreEscapee View PostWhere do they come from if they're not natural?
They're claws that sometimes grow near the back of the paw. It is usually very week and can easily get torn off if it gets caught on something causing serious injury. It's best to remove them under a controlled environment before they're fully developed.Quoth Akasa View PostWhat are dew claws?

I like the one on the bottom with the tongue sticking out
Do they have names yet?
Analagous to the thumb. But useless. They also don't touch the ground through normal walking around so the nail tends to get rather sharp (which probably helps contribute to their tendency to get caught on things and cause injury, I would imagine - in Pablo's case, it's the one that likes to get caught on sweaters and suchQuoth Akasa View PostWhat are dew claws?
