When I come home, I just flop on the floor and let the kitties rub on me. Them being kitties, their attention span for rubbing is about 15 minutes.

After that I grab peanuts (aka pijjie crack) and go hang out with my pigeons.

On weekends, I garden, mow the lawn and in the evenings the spare kids usually come over for a camp fire/cookout/sleep over/party.

I surf the web, watch shows on hulu or pop in a dvd, or more often than not I play a video game of some kind. I have been known to read on occasion, but as of late I haven't found a book I care to sit down with.

I generally sort out the kittens then chill in front of either the tv or do a bit of reading or play on the net.

It's very rare that i have a really bad day. The last one that really really p***ed me off was a copuple of years ago where i finished at half four on saturday tea time. Drove straight from work to Liverpool to the pub where a fabulous mate does karaoke. He is a bigger meat loaf fan than i. I walked in, downed a pint of Guinness in one and told him to stick the Loaf on with "Life is a lemon & i want my money back"!!!!!! I remember very little of the rest of that night!

Well, I have pretty much everything I need to unwind within easy reach here in my "office."

I have my Mac mini in front of me, with which I can listen to music, watch DVDs, read CS and other stuff online, etc.

For DVDs I have quite a good selection of films, plus the complete set of Stargate SG-1, the first 3 seasons of Stargate Atlantis, and five seasons of Family Guy.

Also arraying around me is all my hobby stuff. I build plastic model airplanes in 1:72 scale. It's amazing how relaxing painting a model can be.

And if I turn to the left, I have my TV, to which I have a VCR (for the few tapes i still have) hooked up, along with a 20 year spread of video games: Intellivision II, NES 2, SNES 2, and PlayStation 2.

Key to all of the above is my comfy office chair with decent lumbar support.

I also keep a small fridge well stocked with beverages to keep hydrated. Mostly diet sodas, so as to not suck down too many empty calories, though last week I had a bottle of Baileys Irish Cream with caramel....mmmmm.....

I really should add "exercise" to that repertoire.........

Have found the gym is good for burning away that frustration.

I also spend far too much time here, but it works quite nicely!

              I swing my Shinai around.

Yeah, so I don't know any real technique with them yet, but I'm going to be learning soon, and doing some dramatically cinematic arc swings with a wooden sword helps vent frustration. I need to learn not to perform overhead swings with a 4 foot sword when there's a roof less than six inches above my head...

If I have to go to the store, I spend waaaay too much time for the amount of items I need to get, wandering around and around, reading labels and magazines. If it's late I flop into my chair and watch whatever I had set the VCR to tape while I was at work. Or maybe Everybody Loves Raymond.

I already mentioned my Destroy All Humans addiction.

What do I do for fun besides that?

I'm here, and I can easily spend hours playing on the computer. Sometimes I play games on the computer, and sometimes I do e-mail or message boards. I also like to find music on Project Playlist to add to my playlists or organize my playlists. I like most kinds of music, especially classic rock or country.

Other Wii games I enjoy include Star Wars: Force Unleashed, MarioKart, and Super Mario Galaxy. I also have a Nintendo DS. I play Star Trek: Tactical Assault or Skip-Bo frequently. I just enjoy video games in general even though I'm no kind of gamer. I have too short of an attention span to sit for hours on end playing games.

I also like sci-fi/fantasy movies and TV shows -- Star Trek, Stargate, Battlestar Galactica, etc. I also like adult cartoons -- Simpsons, Family Guy, Futurama. Other than that, I usually just watch National Geographic and Discovery Channel documentaries.

I like to read sci-fi/fantasy (Arthur C. Clarke, L. Ron Hubbard, etc.), suspense/horror (Stephen King, Dean Koontz), or books about computers and technology, science, religion, spirituality, mysteries of the unknown.

I also like puzzle books -- fill-it-ins, word search, cryptograms, etc.

I also like to travel and see the sights, and get lots of photos.

Basically, I like to do anything that keeps my mind occupied and allows me to forget reality for a while.

I read things that feed me emotionally. Scripture, poetry, song lyrics.
I listen to a lot of music.
I write. Stuff. Writing is a superior release, though the results vary in quality. ^_^
I play music. I sing. Also superior releases.
If I could only write more music, I'd be in heaven. It's writing and it's music at the same time. ...!! Best Release. Of. Stress. Ever.

Computer games like the MCF series and Azada (loooooves Azada!).

I'm actually hoping to dust off my Wii this weekend. May re-start Super Paper Mario, or see if I can pick up Super Mario Galaxy cheap. I like silly Nintendo games.

I read too much for school, so reading's pretty much out for relaxing. I watch a lot of TV though, if there's something good on.

I come home and get on the computer and chat, or watch TV. Or I call Sir and vent to him. If he's here, I'll snuggle with him and talk. Sometimes I'll write, though that's been happening less and less lately. My kittens are great stress relief.

But believe it or not, my favourite form of stress relief lately is wedding planning

Also, hanging out with friends once or twice a week, going to parties or whatever. It's awesome

Lock myself in my bedroom and watch a movie, read a book, play nintendo ds, or do embroidery (while watching a movie, of course! )

I'm only at the office half a day this time a year because I busy with the farm. I find farming relax even though it's work. After a long tiring day of farming I like the hot-tub. Turn on the jets and relax.
If I've been at the office all day and it's been very frustrating then two words: trigger time.
