I've tried my prescription strength naproxen...and nothing. Seriously, I've tried tylenol, ibuprofen, excedrin...nothing seems to make much of a dent.
Yeah, blas, the doctor seemed to imply that if I'd just exercise that my stress levels would be lower and therefore, fewer headaches. He didn't mention exactly when I was supposed to find time to exercise, since one of my problems is that there's too much to do! And I'm not cutting my sleep time down any more, thankyouverymuch. I know I'm overweight, but it has nothing to do with why my right temple feels like it wants to explode!

Part of it is because I have a vertebrae out of line in my upper neck. My chiropractor and I have been working on it for a few months now and thankfully it's gotten much better. Have you tried seeing a chiropractor? Many MDs will tell you evil things about them and that you should never go to one, but I love mine. He's helped me in so many ways, not just with my neck. (I had lower back and hip issues when I first started seeing him, and he's cleared both of those up!)
