  • Oh Noes I Hit My Dog

While playing fetch. I tossed her a stick, she jumped up to catch it... And it hit her in the eye. Well, just below, thankfully. I felt so bad...

    Attached image is her eye.

Aww poor puppy, honestly though accidents happen, you didn't deliberatley chase her and hit her with the stick.

    I'm sure she forgives you

I gave her a treat and took her on a walk, so she was happy.

She forgot about it the minute you hugged her and gave her a treat. She still loves you

Ah, it doesn't look too bad. She's probably ready to go play fetch again.

Stuff like that always make the person feel worse that the actual pain that was inflicted.

Kay might have a good idea there- frisbee's are always fun.

if she's having trouble catching a stick in her mouth
she normally doesn't have any trouble, it's just this one time

Animals forgive accidents...they're pretty good at sensing malice, and lack thereof.

Managed to trip over Murloc the other night...after one indignant meow he was hitting me up for attention. Makes me think maybe he staged it all.

We won't discuss how many times my cat has been stepped on (mostly his tail). After an ear shattering *YOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWL HISSSSS* he's begging for attention within a few minutes. My old roommate actually threw him across the room after a hiss (and I threw said roommate out of my apartment immediately afterwards and got my key from him), and my cat was purring pretty quickly afterwards.

You have a cat named Murloc? That's too awesome!

(Despite the fact that there is nothing I hate in WoW more than Murlocs- LOL.)

                        Aww... Poor puppy.

But I'm sure she forgives you.

I've kicked mine in the head a few times. By mistake, usually. Okay, every time, except one when I was having a panic attack, and wasn't really in control of my actions. Immediately afterwards he starts jumping up and trying to give you kisses.

My cat, on the other hand, has no reaction. I've stepped on his tail pretty hard wearing cowboy boots and only gotten an indignant look followed by a continuation of the nap.
