    This past week, I learned how to make ravioli! It would probably work better if I had a pasta roller, but I don't, so the dough's a bit thick, but they still taste really good. I actually spent 7 hours today making a 3-cheese tortellini (nice), a 3-cheese ravioli (also nice), and a mushroom ravioli (holy frak that one was fantastic!)

    I think I must have five pounds of the stuff in my fridge and freezer now...

    We got a pasta roller set for our Kitchen Aid mixer - I used to use it all the time but haven't recently yet.

    It's great expirementing with different things - I made a hot spaghetti once, wow was that good!
