    Discovered a fun way to pass the time--I'm going to take daily pics of my finger, and edit them into a timelapse film showing the regrowth.

      My mom did something similar a few years ago now. Cut and nicked the bone in her middle finger. She needed stiches and lots of pain killers to be able to sleep through the night from the pain.

      Hope you feel better soon, and the bills from ER don't kill you.

        Oh, I didn't go to ER, didn't want the hassle. Just stopped the bleeding and slapped bandages on myself. Finger seems to be fine, just needs time to regrow.
