Yep. My company's corporate security department did a mandatory restructuring of our "IT security".
Amongst the casualties - CS.com (this site) has been labeled as "adult humor" and has been blocked.
Another one - FireFox got torpedoed, big time. Gee, I often have to use Google (BTW - which we couldn't access most of the day) for solutions to the issues that come my way and honestly, you need a lot of protection going to some of the sites. Let's kill the only browser with very good ad blocking software.
They blocked CNN.com for the longest time until they realized what was going on.
The funny part is that Facebook was never blocked. I guess checking enws and searching for answers is more dangerous than spending hours playing games and chatting with friends?
