Just a quick update. Despite some minor (okay major, but whatever) complications, I am safely and happily in Florida! Had some car issues and had to fly, but it's all good. I'm currently sitting out on a porch, looking out at the most amazing view, in jeans a t-shirt and a light hoody, and the hoody only in place because the porch is shady with a light breeze. I've been so amazingly relaxed since getting here. It's like Florida is saying "Welcome home". I've got a job interview next week, and am meeting with the lady from the staffing agency tomorrow at Starbucks to sign paperwork and go over some interview tips (getting more information about the company etc).

In short? Life is good.
