It is, I just checked watching Landfall again.It was on the set for Landfall since he did voice work on Halo 3 The SRS99C-S2 AMB infact, really, really big gun.

Hehehehe I have that one too, I'd love to see him as a pilot in some cool plane. I would die of joy I think. But for now I will enjoy rifle goodness.
