Well something is kinda weird. Went to docs and one problem is solved..but apparently I have bronchitis. Is that even possible? To have both pneumonia and bronchitis at the same time?

I had bronchitis that turned into pneumonia earlier this year, so I suppose the opposite could happen. And one time I had strep, a sinus infection & bronchitis all at the same time...

You know, you would figure being the person who is the main breadwinner..and working hard to better myself in college would at least be worth a little rest and not being cursed at and yelled at.
Guess that is too much to expect. *sighs* Yeah, it is that time again. Dad is having one of his moods, so I get to hear how worthless I am for awhile. Yay! Time for the downward spiral to start..early

Yeah for the most part I know that hun, and I know it is the depression speaking. Just wish I was not such a nice person sometimes.

Nope. Not time. If you need to be cheered up, you have me. You have SHW to talk to. You have lots of people who like you for who you are.Quoth Mytical View PostTime for the downward spiral to start..early
Already told you that you can call me anytime if you need to. You have my number.

It's all context. When I was bartending, I called everyone "hon" "sweetie" "darling" etc. Because I couldn't remember names, and only the ones I liked got called the above. The coworkers I liked got nicknames, the ones I didn't like were "hey you."Quoth Mytical View PostNo hun, you are allowed. Just interesting that most females get really upset if you call them those names at work, yet here they are calling me them. It doesn't bother me that much, just kinda humorous I think
When it's a term of endearment, it's a good thing. When it's condescending or "I can't be bothered to care about your name" it's rude and annoying.
In this situation it's like a little verbal snuggle.

Well got a couple more "I know the PERFECT guy for you." at work today.
. It is getting old, and I may have to end up going to HR over it. I can take a joke, but if this is a joke..it got old awhile ago. Saying what I am thinking other then that would lead to fratching, so..I'll leave it be.

With the sick thing, I have a friend who right now has tonsillitis, multiple ear infections in each ear, AND mono. You can be sick with a hell of a lot apparently.
And I think you should take that to the higher-ups; sometimes teasing can go too far. That would make me uncomfortable, too, if people kept trying to fix me up with people I wasn't attracted to [or even people I was...although I like both genders lol, it would be hard to find a group of people I couldn't be attracted to
].
I don't tend to call people 'hon' or 'honey,' but I don't mind when people I at least semi-know call me that. Although for some reason, lunch ladies tend to call me 'hon.' I don't know why.

Oh I don't mind the hun, honey, etc. I've been called worse
. It's also not like I have anything against gay or bi people, I just don't happen to be one of them. People have some weird ideas about how a certain sex should act. We are all individuals. Although, I do support the LGBT community, hehe maybe that is why?
If people can find happiness with each other in this crazy world, who cares about anything else. Yeah, we have to protect our children (but keep in mind that some cultures have different ideas about what a 'child' is age wise), but as long as it is consensual..who the heck cares?
. Eh rambling again..I do that too much.

Yep, society is full of gender stereotypes.
I seem to fulfill most of them.
But am very well aware that most people don't. I also would not peg you as gay or bi [oops...pun not intended!
], although my 'gaydar' is impossibly off, anyway. Although I can tell when I go to my LGBTSA meetings. Particularly when I'm introduced to their boyfriend.
But I mean, even if they're approaching it from the "you're straight" angle, that would be annoying for them to constantly try to set you up with people. Like...jeez Louise, lay off already.
I ramble, too, it's fine.

Its all good
. Normally I don't care what people think about me, but yeah it is getting on my nerves. Your right, right now even if it was them trying to fix me up with some random girl..I would be feeling the same. I may be shy, terribly terribly shy, but I'd rather deal with the person who might be interested then an intermediary.
