  • Completely fell off the healthy eating wagon. potato chips galore!! Salty goodness.

    That and I ended up doing a remote location deal with work and spent pretty much all day outside. I drank a lot of water, yes, but also bunches of sugar loaded beverages provided. Since I did that, I decided hell with it, and had deep fried food for dinner.

    Don't regret it!

      that is to say, they're sticking out now Definitely losing weight at a steady pace - a pair of pants that I bought a few years ago (without trying on!) didn't fit me at the time of buying them. They fit me now
      Eating habits could be better....But I'm working on that too

      • Another hour today 779 calories. Im having some personal issues right now but instead of eating Im actually working out my frustrations on the elliptical to music

        • 17st 5lb this morning, so that's holding steadily down to that level. That's about eighteen pounds since I started. Pity I've not been keeping to the moderate food intake as much as I should, but I'm still working the smegger off - just slower

          Ordered an exercise ball and mat from Amazon, so I should be able to work on the different muscles differently now.

                • Going down the hill, I could see dark skies looming. Rain stopped play after one go, and I'm pissed wet through now - it's not sweat. Going to do some wii boxing to burn some energy. 250 calories so far.

                    • Went for a morning jog today. I am SO not a morning person. Nope, didn't work today either.

                      It's like my body just doesn't know how to move right yet until I've been up for a few hours. I haven't had a problem at events, but whenever I try to just "go for a run" in the mornings, I just can't move right. Everything feels wrong and clumsy.

                        Im down 6 inches around my waist, my jaw line is becoming more clear.

                        • I had to buy a new belt today. (Found one on clearance for $9. Decided it was worth it.) It's in the size range directly beneath the one I was using. (i.e. 18/20 instead of 22/24) On my old one, I had it at the tightest notch and it was still a little loose. This one is on the second notch, so I can work my way down to the tightest again.

                          For some reason, I'm rediculously pleased about this. I need to maybe work in some exercise tonight. I've been studying for finals to the point I've completely ignored cleaning my house. I'm still behaving on food, for the most part, though. Had one or two slip ups, but got right back into portion control.

                          I'm gonna go cuddle my new belt now... (Ok, not really, but I'm still rediculously pleased...)

                          • 730 calories, four times on the hill, one hour. Met a Boggles on the way, and he got to marvel at my T-shirt of Yorkshireness (+1 to Tykeishness).

                            Including the approximated 600 calories from the container when I didn't have my HRM with me, that's 3300 for the week.

                            • Hit the treadmill for a 10k yesterday. God treadmills are BORING! I could have lasted longer but I was just bored, really. Was going to stop at 9k but realised one more was a nice round figure, and what I did last week at an event, and I could compare times. It was a couple of minutes faster.

                              Now have almost zero time for a long training run for the half marathon coming up though! Next weekend is the only one left (there's another weekend, but you don't long-run the weekend before a very long run).
