Enough with the cardio! Weight lifting broad checking in. All sets are with a barbell
Squats 3x5 70lbs, 90lbs, 100lbs
Deadlifts 1x5 (recommended as such for some reason) 20lbs, 40lbs
Bench press 3x5 20lbs, 2x5 40lbs (fail)
Curls 3x5 20lbs, 30lbs 2x5 40lbs (fail)
Upper body strength is suck
I went easy on squats today since apparently I might be working 10-6 tonight. My Man Calves and Post Workout Meal thank you for your time.edit: oh and i did 5 minutes of treadmill at 3mph on a 3.0 incline or whatever for a warmup.
