    • Weighed myself tonight, and I have finally hit my next goal...

I'm now BELOW 200 pounds... down to 199, to be exact!

Still have a way to go to hit my goal of the "ideal" weight for my height. And once all the fat's gone, I want to start working out so I can build up some muscle, and get nice and toned. That'll probably take quite some time, but that's my ultimate goal.

        Quite possible to do both.

        • Well, I dropped another 1.5 pounds ONly 1.5 more to go.

I may try walking to the Farmer's Market today....though I know I should rest the leg more....the call of fresh veggies is rather hard to ignore

            • gained back a .5 pound

ate WAY too much today..company picnic....I shouldn't have had 2 plates....pasta salad, potato salad, fruit....I think it was 900 cals....(I have an iPod app for that....not sure how accuarte it was for today)

Very light dinner tonight...after I make myself walk for 1 hr at the mall (figure the flat floors will be better for my leg than hiking)

I almost cried at the mall last night....I went to Delias.....and fit into the jeans I wanted about a yr ago!

3rd, and final, goal weight achieved!!!!

                  • congrats, Cat!

Weighed myself this morning and I've crossed the 30 lb mark! lost a total of 30.6 lbs, to be exact. Quite proud, considering I fell off the food wagon and gained the last couple of weeks. It came right back off, even with the free food offered on campus during welcome back activities. (We're talking burgers, fries, ice cream...so tasty...bad Lupo!)

I can see my collarbones! Weird thing to be excited about, but I can make out the definition instead of just pudge.

Free food is always a terrible temptation, one that I am afraid never goes away

                          • Bought a pedometer - according to it, when I walked the pooch yesterday (75 minutes) I took nearly 8000 steps.. it makes the walk seem like more work than it is...

                              • Yippy. I can run for four minutes before dying now. Better then the minute it use to be a month ago.

Still can't life my 15 lb weights for long though. I suck.
