I got some winter themed forever stamps... they have mistletoe holiday evergreens on them. (It would help if I actually looked at the stamps before posting)

The awesome guy at the post office (who laughed with me and thought it was cute that I rounded up 7 lbs 15.5 oz to 7 lbs 16 ozs - I wasn't awake) asked me if I wanted those ones when I asked for 3 books of forever stamps. Holiday forever stamps! Cool!

So... some of my cards have glitter on them. Which means that some of the envelopes have glitter on them too. Anyone have RD's address so I can mail him some glitter?

I'm too lazy to buy international stamps and I have extra forever stamps to burn. Will you guys hate me if I use extra forever stamps on the international cards? I think I'd have to use 2 for Canada & 3 for the UK.

I need to start writing mine.

Took one off to the post office to find out the postage rate for the cards.. and it seems if I risk an address label i run the risk of pushing the postage price from the lower rate to a higher rate

OMG you are so far ahead of me and I thought I was prepared....I just have to go pick up some labels for the addressing and return labels and then I can start writing them up.

Man, I feel so behind now, haha! Nowhere near me even has Christmas cards in stock yet! I'm surprised, they usually start soooo far ahead...

I have 26 cards left. 2 are from the ones I used last year; the rest are all the same design that I picked up at half price a few years ago after Christmas. I had 2 boxes of those and I think I used them for family and friends last year; pretty sure no one from here got them (though I could well be wrong ). But I will need to pick up another box. Maybe I'll stop in B&N tomorrow and see if they have anything good.

And I got email today that my stamps are on their way.

The longer they're in my apartment, the more chances they will get lost or become cat toys.
