my cards FINALLY arrived I'll get them signed and posted in the next day or so hopefully.
It is by snark alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the juice of the coffee bean that thoughts acquire 'tude, the lips acquire mouthiness, the glares become a warning.
Well, I picked up address sized labels for the back of my cards, so I could, you know, WRITE on them. I need to see if I can find a blue fine tip Sharpie.
But mine should be out soon, as postage permits!

Ok, so i was wondering if anybody else has had the problem of when you go to print your address labels that it doesn't always line up, and yes i'm using the same form as the PDF says its' for... (8160 or something like that)
from teh bottom of the page:
1 row not printed on,
3 rows ok
the 4th row - has the bottom line from the previous addy at the top of the label...
and continues that way til the top of the page, where the top row is ok again...
I rec'd the file two different times, and so after one set didn't print right, i used the other one - same problem...
fortunately it looks like i can cut the labels and piece them together - so my apologies now if it looks like it was done by a 2nd grader!

Due to foreseen and unforeseen expenses my American cards might not be mailed out until the 10th. The Canadian and UK ones will be sent out tomorrow, probably.
American stamps are expensive. >.< International ones are too, but there are only two of them.

Desk Worker=I pay tuition here, too. So I guess I pay myself.
I've got my design ironed out so I should be able to get them printed up and then mailed out in the next week. Since my work is totally cool, I can put them on the company's dime and time and then just pay back for the postage.
In other news... I have cards!
Thanks for updating my addy and re-posting the list. I really appreciate it.
So, in no particular order (well, actually largest envelope to smallest 'cause I'm totally OCD like that), they are:
I adore glitter and foil cards. I have quite the collection of card faces that have been sent to my company stashed in a drawer. I plan to make a giant mural of them some day 'cause I'm weird like that.

Faith is about what you do. It's about aspiring to be better and nobler and kinder than you are. It's about making sacrifices for the good of others. - Dresden
I've gotten about 10 so far I think.....off the top of my head. I'm sure there are more waiting in the mailbox
Again this is has been rewarding....I enjoyed getting mine selected and put together and sent out.....I felt a genuine sense of satisfaction from dropping them in the box. I also enjoy getting them for sure......all different kinds, the origami ornaments, the glitter, all of it is cool. I never realized this would be such a cool thing to do...and kick myself for not doing it in past years. Plus I've made all kinds of friends on fb of different cs people as a result of this....so it's all good.
