2010 Christmas Card Exchange-Tally up!!!

I just tallied up a whole bunch. I was away over christmas and have been really sick since I got home.

I have two cards where the addresses don't match any on the address list, so I have no idea who they are from

Also a couple of people spelled my name wrong Im not even save from people insterting a T in my name when they have it written down for them!

I will be double checking the cards tomorrow because my tallies are missing some people I know I checked off before I went away at christmas.

Ok so I found more cards, tallied everything I recieved. Thank you to everyone who has sent me cards! My landlord (total whackjob) grilled me on "how many friends" I have, she was green with envy!

Thought I'd post this too. These are all of the cards I got this year. Since moving into my current place, I've always taped them to the inside of my front door.

Considering that I had 2 marks on my tally before I'd sent my cards, I think it's safe to say that those 4 either haven't sent theirs, or only did so very recently.

I believe that klhanson had a personal health emergency, coupled with a family death. A message was sent to Juniormintz, so we knew the cards were going to be late. (Monday after the new year.)

As of today, though, other than a post by Munkie and BlaqueKatt, I don't believe we have had any other contact from them to explain late or missing cards.

all my cards are done up and addressed. I just need to get them to the post office and i'm looking at about $60 to send them all -_-;; well, it's worth it!

um mine may end up being new year's cards if I keep being kept late at work-(the cards are at work, PO is next door, I keep being held at work until after 5pm and the po is closed

I know that Shroo didn't post anything, and as far as I know, there wasn't a PM.

*EDIT - My apologies ro BlaqueKatt. Apparently, she did PM Juniormintz on Dec 23 to explain that her cards would be late because of timing issues with her work schedule and post office hours.

Hope I wasn't one...I hand addressed mine but people spell my name wrong all the time so I'm usually pretty conscious of those things.

Only 49 people are showing that they've received my cards, so I'm not sure if some got lost in the mail or if people haven't tallied them up yet.

OK, I just checked, and I also missed checking off idrinkarum, but I did get it.

So I'm missing the same four as everyone else seems to be, BlaqueKatt, Munkie, Shroo, and klhanson.

Only one I got within the last week was joe hx. Incoming missives have slowed to a trickle, and it would not surprise me if some others (like me) who dragged their feet getting cards out wound up losing some to the blizzards.

Internationals were sent out such that they probably did not get postmarked until the Monday or even Tuesday after XMAS -- Which means they should be there soon, hopefully.
