My favorite is Silver Bells. I also love The 12 Days of Christmas (the Muppets did a great version of this!) and Do You Hear What I Hear? Oh, also Hark the Herald Angels Sing, and In the Deep Mid-Winter. Josh Groban has a nice version of Oh Holy Night. And you can't beat Emerson Lake & Palmer's I Believe in Father Christmas.
Oh, um, not to be picky, but Loreena's Mummer's Dance isn't really a Christmas song. It's about spring/Beltane. Gorgeous song.
