The Pirates haven't been the same since game 7 of the 92 NCLS. I was only six when I saw that and it's something I'll never forget. -

I'm ecstatic for the Rangers. Not only because the Rangers are going to the world series, but they beat the f-ing YANKEES. The team that has the mentality that they can buy championships and world series - can't.
To quote the Babe:
The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don't play together, the club won't be worth a dime.
