Exactly, Bella. People and my parents often ask me wouldn't I love to save a few hundred dollars a month, and I say that's a gamble, because what are the odds of finding someone to live with that wouldn't screw me over or at the very least, not be extremely annoying?

Bella and Blas, I could not agree more. I would rather live alone, than have to deal with the possibility of roommates mucking stuff up for me. Eating my food, being noisy, etc.

Sadly, The current city I'm living in has 0.02% availability for housing. So it is 1) Impossible to find a place and 2) It's insanely expensive if you do. I mean, the demand is much higher than the supply. So I have to live on campus. With the exclusion of RAs there are only about 2 or 3 single rooms on campus which are reserved for the physically disadvantaged or people with serious allergies. So I have to have a roommate.

It drives me nuts. I can't stand having people in my space at all. I have promised myself that once I finish university I will always live on my own without roommates. Unless I move in with a person I'm dating, the only living thing in my apartment but me with be pets and plants.
