I expect most people to disagree with me on that point. I will say that even though every human soul has inherent value, what many make of their lives and the way they waste potential does not reflect that value. That's what you're seeing that shapes your view of humankind.Quoth Gravekeeper View PostI fear I have worked in customer service far too many years to agree with you. >.>"Is it hot in here to you? Ok guys. There have been TWO warnings in this thread already (one by the SITE OWNER) and still they are being ignored. This is the LAST warning.
Keep to the topic of "Could you have put a bullet in Osama's head?" and leave all other debates for Fratching. If this happens again, there will be infractions, and this thread will be closed. The report button - not just for decoration

Okay, assholes, stop messing with my thread! Seriously, the mods have warned you, Raps has warned you, so cut it the fuck out! Stick to the question, and keep other tangential debates out of it!
Seriously, y'all complain about customers never listening or reading signs. You're all adults. Start acting like intelligent adults and listen to what you've been told, damn it!
I am far too hungover to be dealing with this crap, so knock it the fuck off!

Would I? Hell yes. Just thinking about what he did to two of my favorite skyscrapers (I'm an urban animist), the suffering he's caused to so many innocent people, and all the damage he would continue to do if allowed- that's all the motivation I would need.
I've seen the skyline of one of my favorite cities permanently defaced, and one friend of mine has had her life changed drastically because of 9/11. So yes, I would do it.

I honestly don't know if I could.
I know logically that sometimes bad people have to be killed for the greater good, and I lost friends in the towers on 9/11, and both friends and family in the fighting since, but if it came down to it, gun in hand and pointed at his head, I don't think I'd be able to pull the trigger. I just don't know that I'd be able to live with myself if I deliberately took another person's life, even if that person deserved it.
