Vader; when not being gimped by bad storytelling, he's a capable general, immensely powerful in the ways of the force, and a ferocious combatant.
Harkonnen, due to being poisoned by the Bene Gesserit who concieved Paul's Mom, had physically and mentally degenerated into little more than an obese catamite who required multiple hoverpads to move about, when a single hoverpad could support approximately 350 pounds of weight.Comment
